No. You pay nothing, and you don't have to buy or sell anything.

Yes. This pilot is only for gatherings in Athens.

We read every application and show each gathering only to the brands and businesses it suits, without your name or contact details. They decide freely, based on the kind of gathering, the city, the date, the number of guests and your description. A clear, specific description helps.

Whatever they decide: for example koulourakia or sweets from a patisserie, specialty coffee for a brunch, or something for guests to take home. You can't choose the brand, business or product, and nothing is guaranteed.

Apply at least 7 days before your gathering; the earlier you apply, the more time businesses have to see it. Brands and businesses answer within 2 days. If one is interested, we contact you no later than 3 days before your gathering and tell you how you'll get the products.

If you get products from a brand or business, we give you a QR code to show your guests: they can give anonymous feedback in about 30 seconds, if they want to. Within 7 days, fill in a short recap (a few minutes) and email us a few photos. Only photograph guests who agree, and don't photograph children. If you post about the products, say clearly that they were gifted.

Then nothing else happens, and there is nothing to pay or do. If you haven't heard from us 3 days before your gathering, it wasn't selected for a collaboration this time. We don't say who saw it or what they answered, so everyone can decide freely. If another opportunity matches your interests, we'll let you know. We delete your details by 30 April 2027.

Only our team sees your name and contact details. Only the brands and businesses we pick for your gathering see it: its type, title, city, date, number of guests, age groups, what you can offer and your description. If one offers you products, we ask you before we share anything: for a pickup, only your first name and the day you'll come; for a delivery, the details it needs.

Yes. Email hello@myfilema.com or reply to the confirmation email. If you withdraw, we delete your application.

No. In this pilot everything goes through us, and we don't publish a list of businesses. Please don't contact or visit businesses about your gathering; the only exception is a pickup we've arranged for you. Harassment, threats, unwanted visits and pressure are not allowed, towards businesses or hosts. If something bothered you, email us at hello@myfilema.com. Anyone who doesn't respect these rules is removed from the pilot.
